To become an officer, do you need to go through MEPS? and if so, what medical requirements are there?

    Yes, you will go to MEPS. The specifics are too broad to just post the lot of them. The link will give more, but not authoritative, info.

    BLUF: Don’t be broken. If you can’t blend in with people with no problems in a sustained physically challenging situation, your problem is probably a show stopper.
