My parent wants me to take a at home medical billing course- you can mail in or do online. Why would i do this? They do not give u a degree only a diploma or certificate or something after a year for like 800 dollars?
Would any employer ever except this?

Im thinking about going to school in the medical/health field and have a full time family and job. Can anyone recommend jobs in these fields that are secure, pay decent and aren’t very insanely hard schooling? The quicker the schooling the better. The easier school, the better. Any help is appreciated!

I’m looking to go into medical illustrating, but there is not much of a selection of schools with medical illustration programs. Another option is to take courses in the sciences and arts. What are a few schools with accredited medical and art programs?

I am a stay at home mom and I homeschool and I need to bring in some extra income so I can continue to homeschool my son. At my local community college continuing education center they have a course for medical transcrtption. They are telling me that I can work from home. Has anyone done this and what has been your experience with working from home. (or is it really possible to find a job like this working from home??
